General Questions

Although West One is a relatively new company, our Executive team has been in the Telecommunication and Internet Service Provider fields for over 25 years.
At this time we do not offer a money back guarantee. But, if there is any a problem with our service we will work with you to make it right. Most of the time it could be a form of credit on your account.
Many of our services require hardware or a technician to come your your location. We try to complete all orders within 5 business days.
We accept all forms of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal.
Our Bundle Packages offer a discount of services.
All of the services we offer are also available to businesses and government departments. Consulting services can also be arranged with our executive team.
Currently all support is handled through our ticketing system, or you can call our support line 24 hours a day.

Internet Service

We have a 99.9% up-time rating.
YES! What most people don't understand is that you only need a 3M connection to seamlessly stream video or audio. Even with multiple devices running, a 7M connection will run all your devices. Another thing to remember is that if you have a 40M connection but the provider that is hosting the site you are looking at, is only 20M connection then the site will only get to you as fast as a 20M connection will allow. So you are paying for a faster speed that is wasted.
The 72 hour window allows for the order to process and for us to be able to get technicians out to your residence to physically connect your service. Most times we are able to make this happen faster.
NO! Each internet connection is it's own specific connection. The reason this happens with cable is because each customer is connected to a main data line and each customer is spliced off that main line. If you are a customer at the beginning of that line you will get pretty good speeds. But if you are a customer at the end of that line you service is down graded by all the people that are using the internet at the same time you are. So those customers, during peak hours, notice a serious lag in their internet service. Not very cool if you ask us.
Email addresses are available with internet service.
There is only discounts on orders that have more than 1 telephone line.

Phone Service

There are many reasons why you would want home phone service, but the the main reasons we come across are:
  • Not all cell phone carriers have towers in more remote areas. Our clients like not having dropped calls because of spotty cell service.
  • Most home security services require a home land line for communication with their responce centers.
